Individual labeling allows rapid and reliable identification of samples in laboratories.
The German company cab Produkttechnik GmbH & Co KG has developed two models of labels for individual labeling of tubes and bottles in the vertical (AXON 1) or horizontal (AXON 2) position.
For labeling test tubes and bottles

AXON 1 is a semi-automatic labeller for marking test tubes and bottles in a vertical position.
The Squix 2P printer and tube applicator modules are housed in a common housing.
Once the tubes or bottles are inserted into the holder, they can be filled and closed. The marking cycle lasts less than two seconds. Tubes and bottles with or without stoppers can be inserted manually or automatically (if the device is integrated with a handling system).
Tube / bottle diameters can be from 7 – 26 mm (optional on request up to 38 mm).
Tube / bottle lengths can be from 20 to 130 mm.
Possible options:
• AXON 1.1 version for labels 5 mm to 25.4 mm wide,
• cast aluminum cover,
• code verifier,

AXON 2 is a semi-automatic labeller for marking test tubes and bottles in a horizontal position.
The AXON 2 consists of a standard Squix 4MP or Squix 4.3MP printer with the addition of an AXON 2 applicator.
Labeled tubes and vials can be disposed of automatically, for example in a drawer. The marking cycle lasts less than two seconds.
Tube / bottle diameters can be from 7 to 22 mm.
Tube / bottle lengths can be from 25 – 120 mm.
